At Vexuni, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items such as personalized products, intimate items, gift cards, and final sale products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production or shipping has started, cancellations may not be possible.
